One language is included. You provide final copy, logo, images, video and necessary account access; layout and light copy polishing are included.
Basic SEO covers descriptive titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, appropriate sitemap/indexing settings and Search Console setup assistance.
Launch checks and 30 days of defect fixes cover the agreed build. New features and changes of direction are additional scope.
One revision round is one consolidated feedback list within the approved direction.
Domain, hosting, subscriptions, paid plugins, email and payment-processing fees are separate. Original filming, custom 3D and unlisted systems are excluded.
Care hours expire monthly and do not stack between plans. Extra time is RM100/hour, with a 1-hour minimum and prior approval. Updates included in care hours are not charged twice.
Care replies within 1 business day on working days. Resolution depends on the issue; third-party recovery times cannot be guaranteed. Ad-hoc help is available without a care plan.
Google ad spend is paid separately to Google. SEO needs time; rankings, enquiries and sales are not guaranteed.
Google Business Profile work is separate from website SEO and requires eligibility and real business details. Tracking needs real accounts, permissions and applicable consent.
